Spices are agricultural products; certain aspects of a particular spice or herb may differ with each harvest or from lot-to-lot. To ensure spices will meet and exceed our customers' specifications and expectations, we monitor our spices before, during and after processing through our knowledgeable and experienced technical department. Our analysis includes testing for the following: cleanliness, organoleptic qualities, volatile oils, moisture, granulation and microbiological characteristics.
Spice processing (cleaning & grinding) is both an art and a science. The variation in each lot of spice requires the individual attention and knowledge of seasoned and experienced millers. Our professionally staffed QC/QA laboratory provides every product analytical testing under respect region's guidelines.
