Akon Architects and Builders is a boutique architectural practice offering a rare blend of practical, hands-on experience and creative design flair. We are not designing offices, skyscrapers, bridges and other large scale structures, but in fact concentrate on what we’re really good at – turning ordinary places into amazing spaces.

As a team of architects, we share our design philosophy – a way of approaching architecture and building design which puts the dreams and aspirations of the client at the very heart of our business.  We call it "Design for the Excellence", because the starting point for all our work is flesh and blood not bricks and mortar. Put simply it means we spend a great deal of time with our clients trying to understand their vision and discussing how we can translate that into beautiful, yet practical spaces.
